Siebert Outdoors Posted September 9, 2010 Posted September 9, 2010 I just made a few of these bullet jigs. How do they look? Quote
heyvern Posted September 9, 2010 Posted September 9, 2010 Looks like a super grass or swim jig to me. ( niiiccceee jigs) Quote
Super User SoFlaBassAddict Posted September 10, 2010 Super User Posted September 10, 2010 Looks good, GMAN. One question though. No trailer barb or keeper on them? Quote
bmadd Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 Looks good to me! I like the round bend. Quote
Super User J Francho Posted September 10, 2010 Super User Posted September 10, 2010 Looks REAL good to me. I use something very similar, in a 1 oz. size. The only difference, it has a very short, hand tied, poofball trailer. Quote
Siebert Outdoors Posted September 10, 2010 Author Posted September 10, 2010 Looks good, GMAN. One question though. No trailer barb or keeper on them? Na, I've always just threaded the trailer on. Never used a keeper. Quote
RandySBreth Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 What mold and hook, if you don't mind saying? Quote
backwater4 Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 GMAN, That hook and mold are a great combo. I've been using something real similiar all season. It does have very good weedless qualities and is also good for a swim jig, like someone said. Nice jig. Quote
Siebert Outdoors Posted September 10, 2010 Author Posted September 10, 2010 What mold and hook, if you don't mind saying? Its a doit bullet mold and a mustad ultra point Quote
RandySBreth Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 That's the reason I asked, I thought it was the Do-It bullet, but wasn't sure. I'm thinking about buying the # 412152 mold that throws the same jig but in 1/8, 3/16, and 1/4 for finesse stuff. I like what I see! Quote
