picked this up at bass pro on clearance for 59$ its a 4.9:1 gear ratio never had anything so low? was thinking maybe it would be goo for squarebills and soft swimbaits? what other baits are good for such a slow powerful reel?

Even though the ratio is low ipt is still 20.6". It should be fine for mid-deep cranks, big spinnerbaits etc.

Deep diving cranks, slow rolling monster sized double willow blade spinnerbaits, that´s what I use my Curado 200B38 for.
