Welcome to the forum and S. FL.. The best advice truly is to get friendly with google maps. S.FL is a mecca for bank fishing. The water systems around here are referred to as "canals" around here. They connect to one another via underground pipes. So , if you see a pond or small lake close to a canal, chances are their connected and hold the same fish. As a reference to the further west you go to better the quality fishing there is. For example I wouldn't look for spots eat of 441/ i-95. If you look on google maps the cities, basically anywhere in Coral springs, Plantation,Davie and Weston would be a good place to wet a line. On a side note, if you want to learn techniques on bass fishing in general there is a ton of great info on here to.

The C14 canal is not far from you. There's plenty of bank access and it's a good start. Also like fishy fingers said,  Google maps in the way to go. Also Also don't forget your in prime real estate for some snakeheads. Good luck!
