IneedAnewScreenName-33448 Posted February 8, 2016 Author Posted February 8, 2016 largemouth bass i have some coffee tube by strike king will those work? Quote
smallyslayer Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 Largemouth i would either go with the strike king 4.5 flippin tube or the PowerTeam Lures bigger food chain tube if they are keying in on crawfish because of the foodchain tube has thing kind of like claws and they come in many great colors. RyanFishing Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 I would definitely use bigger tubes. The 4.5" Strike King Flipping tubes work great and get big bites. Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted February 8, 2016 Global Moderator Posted February 8, 2016 I really like the SK Flipping tubes. Snack Daddy and Pour Boy both have good tubes for flipping too. Quote
Super User Raul Posted February 8, 2016 Super User Posted February 8, 2016 Doesn´t matter which brand, why ? ----> because I tell you and I tell you because I´ve tried a bunch of brands since tubes were invented and makes no difference at all, however, BPS brand has a ton of colors from where to choose. 2 Quote

Super User smalljaw67 Posted February 8, 2016 Super User Posted February 8, 2016 It depends on whether you're fishing smallmouth or largemouth and how you are fishing them. I use 1 brand of tube for most of my tube fishing, I like River Rock Baits Pro Tube, they are the best hand dipped tube you'll find and I like the 2.75" and the 3.5". The only other tubes I own are the 3.75" Cabelas Flat Tire Tube, I use them for 1 thing, to flip and pitch heavy cover for largemouth. The tubes are hard and smallmouth spit them fast but they very seldom hit them, the largemouth love seeing these fall through limbs and grass. They are hard and durable and when you add sect the body just slides effortlessly through cover. Quote
