Taking my first trip to fish Kentucky Lake the second week of April this year.  Any good advice available?  Which lures should I load up on?

Your best bet will be to find reports from Dave Stewart. He is the best guide on KY lake and posts a report at least once a week sometimes daily. His website is www.kentuckylakeguide.com go here and you can see recent reports ad well as old. My advice is go through the old reports for April and try to figure a pattern out.
