Good lures and areas for smallmouth

I've been largemouth bass fishing for a couple years so I'm trying to learn some tricks for more species especially smallmouth. What are the best lures and areas to fish for smallmouth

Welcome aboard! As said, there's a lot of information here to digest. Without knowing where you are fishing and what kind of lake, or reservoir, or river you are targeting, it's next to impossible to answer your questions.

Find A Crawdad bed and thats a great area.

Well.................the #1 requirement is...........make sure there are smallmouth in the bodies of water your fishing. A lot of lakes/ponds/rivers/etc....have both, but a lot have just one or the other.
