Give them away. We have lots of guys who would like your stuff regardless of the brand. Several years ago I had a similar stash of Net Baits, but after switching to Rage Tail I knew I would never fish the brand again. They have a huge following and I think this was a great gift for a few guys. 2 Quote

I have gone the Netbait route for many baits, good action, colors, and very cheap:) Saying that the rage menace is on my next TW list, looks like a great bait to rig sideways for a baitfish profile and was highly recommended to me on here. Will see if I expand out from there with the rage line. Quote
shimmy Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 I would add that the V&M mudbug usually floats up. Tackletour gives a great review. I absolutely love the V&M mudbugs. Several lakes I fish have my lakes best from a jig with this trailer. Remember that some plastics can lose their float for various reasons. Quote

If the baits stood up well, I left them there for quite some time to see how long they would stay that way. The results are as follows.... > Chompers Skirted Grub 5" -- YES, Stood upright nicely, never sagged. nice. > D-Bomb --> YES, Stood up nicely, never sagged > Bruiser Baits Crazy Craw --> YES, Stood up nicely, never sagged > Paca Craw -- YES, Stood upright nicely, never sagged > Rage Craw -- NO, Sucked, hanging terribly sad and droopy. > Rage Lobster -- YES, Stood upright nicely, quite noticeably better than the Rage Craw. > Zoom Super Chunk -- NO, hung sad and droopy > Zoom Big Salty Chunk -- OK, stood upright nicely, but it seemed after some time, appendages gradually began to droop, and the amount of droop would not improve. > BPS Incredible Craw 3.5" -- YES, Stood upright nicely > V&M Mudbug -- NO, Hung sad and droopy > Yamamoto Flappin Hog. -- NO, Sucked, Hung terribly sad and droopy > Riot Baits Fuzzy Beaver -- YES, Stood upright nicely. Thanks a lot. Your post, which has several of my favs on the list, has now got me hanging sad and droopy. But I'm not yet suicidal -- because I know that the characteristics of the jig itself, and the action imparted to it by the angler and by the current, can reanimate Mr Droopy into a lively bug that waves over Mrs Fish and says "Eat me." blckshirt98 Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Damiki Air Craws I think have the best "claws up" appearance in the water! However with enough casts the claws can go flying off as the plastic weakens. ZMan Crawdadz go straight up because the plastic floats like a marshmallow, and looks unnatural IMO. Quote
Super User scaleface Posted January 25, 2016 Super User Posted January 25, 2016 I have a lot of soft craws but not a single one on that list . LOL .I have Larew , Guido bugs , Mr Twister , Riverside ... Quote
Scarborough817 Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 I did a couple more tests and the results are as follows >Berkley chigger craw 4" yes stood upright nicely >jackall sasuteki craw 5" (would be cut down) yes stood upright nicely > megabass bottle shrimp yes stood upright nicely >net baits mini kickin' b yes stood upright nicely > gamblers ugly otter The two outer appendages stood up nicely but the middle was droopy Quote
