So, if we (as humans) can't actually SEE air......can fish SEE water? or like us, just the effects of water

You'll have to forgive me, I'm really tired :)

Really tired or really bored ?? LOL !!!

I don't think fish can see water, but they can see things suspended in the water. We can see the same things in the air. Smoke, smog, dust and any other suspended particles in the air around us probably look similar to turbid water for a fish. The air around us is a fluid, so it's also subject to fluid dynamics like water.

But when the snapping turtles are present the fish don't bite. Well the bass anyway. As the turtles churn up the bottom the catfish bite in on.
