So there is someone local to me selling a td sol reel on a mojo bass rod. He is selling the combo for 90$.  I told him I wanted it and i plan on picking it up  friday.  I could not find any reviews on the reel. Anyone here ever use it?

TD Sol is a fantastic reel, buy yourself an alphas SV 105 spool and drop in it and you have yourself a real casting machine.

Makes a decent finesse reel.  Don't know why, but I like the older Fuego better.  I've got 2 Sols, one highly tuned and with a Presso spool in it.  $90 for the combo is a steal as long as the reel is in decent shape.  Heck, even if you have to sent it to DVT for repairs, it is still a good buy at that price.  Hopefully cosmetic condition isn't too bad.

Never seen the tackletour site thank you cosmetic looks like some boat rash. But I can handle that as long as it performs

 That's a good find for $90. Definitely pick it up as long as it's in good working order.
