Let me be the first to congratulate bassfanatic and his dad on the first place finish in the bass champs tourn on Rayburn today.  Took first place by 2 pounds.  Great win for a great team.   Awesome memories that won't so be forgotten!

Thanks guys. We had a great day. Didn't think we had as much as we did, but sure glad we did! We literally caught fish in everything we threw. Our 5 fish we weighed came off of a crankbaits, C-rig, A-rig, and 2 on a jig lol.

what is champs. Is it just on rayburn

It's a tournament circuit that has 4 divisions. I fish the East Texas division. We fish Rayburn twice and Toledo twice.  You can go to basschamps.com to learn more about it.  $20k guaranteed first place at each event.

Bass Champs is probably the most competitive tournament trail short of bass masters or FLW!

I'm fishing Falcon in two weeks. I missed one already. If we do well we might try Amistad. Congrats on the win.
