Jackal clone fry

I grabbed some Clone Frys from the TW sale, I have never used them before. Just looking for some feedback from guys who use them. I was thinking it'd be awesome on a Owner JigRig. Any feedback would be appreciated

I snatched some up too and they look awesome!! my buddy has some and we fished trinity lake CA with them and he caught a few. I was using crosstail shad and doing just as well but those clone frys looked so good at that price I had to get them!

They are meant for presentations where the lures are clearly visible to the fish, like weightless wacky or drop shot. Using it as jigrig will be a waste imo.

i picked some up on sale as well with the sole intention being a drop shot bait.  we shall see how it goes!

Drop shot but have some of that lure glue with you because the eyes tend to fall off.  To be honest, if I could pick one problem with Jackall products is that the eyes on all of their lures tend to fall off easily.

I've used them some on a drop shot but a roboworm outcatches them from my experience.

I don't like the clone fry.  Bento minnows are superior in every conceivable way IMO.

I got green shad because they were under $2, no way I'm paying full price for them

Wife picked up a pack on sale at Field and Stream.  They sure look good in the water, but she didn't get a single bite.  Crosstails and Yamamoto Shad Shape Worms were killing it that day.
