I increase the number of pushups by 5 each week, and if I can keep doing that I'll be up to 100 by April. Up to 30 as of last night. Your welcome!Remember don't over train that is the #1 mistake people make when working out.If your upper body or lower body is sore don't train it.Give it at least 2 days for it to heal.Never train a muscle group when its sore!Trust me you will heal better if you give your body time to heal from the workouts. I am also training for a marathon now that I have in the end of the month and I am applying this myself. It will be my 8th year in a row running marathons and it keeps me motivated to run often though out the year.
