Super User K_Mac Posted December 27, 2015 Super User Posted December 27, 2015 We are receiving record rainfall here in the Midwest and many other regions are getting the same and worse. I hope none here are in harms way. Be careful out there folks. Quote

Super User bigbill Posted December 28, 2015 Super User Posted December 28, 2015 After sitting all summer my '55 jeep cj-5 started right up. Here 4 way plow is ready. I think she scared the snow away. But I'm ready all the fluids were checked. One of the biggest snow storms was the blizzard of 78. 1 Quote

Real men know their limits. When you reach a certain age you realize that crazy is for youngsters. We've had over 6" (some areas locally are well over 9) of rain here in the last 36 hour, with much more to come overnight and in the morning. It's 38° F and the wind is blowing 20-30 mph. I ain't fishing anytime soon... Quote

Super User soflabasser Posted December 29, 2015 Super User Posted December 29, 2015 This has been the warmest December that I have seen living in South Florida. Almost every day has been in the 80's and our canals have much higher water levels than normal for this time of year. Quote
Super User Bankbeater Posted December 29, 2015 Super User Posted December 29, 2015 We have had around 7" of rain. Ground was already soaked so the new stuff had no where to go. Flash flood warning all day Sat., Sun., and Mon. Quote
