I've used the search tool and bookmarked every page about bladed jigs and plan to continue doing some reading about bladed jigs now that I have some time off of school. I was wondering what you're personal favorite bladed jigs were? I may be seeing if I can get some from @Bluebasser86 if it snows around here and I can get some extra cash shoveling snow! I just wanted to try a few different types and see which work best for me. Also, what are thoughts on the V&M Lightning Blade, since they are currently on sale?

Siebert Outdoors (Foggy), Bluebasser86 (Wobble Head), Rage Tail Rage Blade https://www.google.com/search?q=strike+king+rage+blade&espv=2&biw=933&bih=1053&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjG9dOL2fTJAhWKPiYKHe7kBcoQsAQIUA  and the upgraded Z-Man Chatterbait Project Z.

I now make my own, and they are as good, and more importantly, as productive as any store bought baits I have ever used, for a fraction of the cost of major brand baits.

Zman Project Z for me as well. If I'm fishing shallow it's hard to beat a Strike King Rage Blade.

From my experience it seems that trailer choice makes the bait.

I see. Nice catch. Do you do custom color combos? Just curious.

bluebasser makes some good ones for sure....

otherwise i like rage blades, they seem to hang up less in cover than some others

Bluebasser's are the best I have used by a wide margin. I have about 20 of his and will probably be getting more prior to the start of next season.

I had my best day last season with bluebassers. Top notch quality.

Stupid question but where exactly do you tie onto a bladed jig? Picked a few from seiberts but wasn't sure and couldn't find any pics.

There should be a snap hanging out of the blade for you to tie to.

I'll chime in - Big Head Wobbler skirt color intricacy / detail is outstanding !

Bluegill and craw skirt colors are more difficult to pull off than shad color skirt colors ...

Just started fishin them, right now the Revenge Viberator which I like and the SK Poison which I dont. Next will be the Phenix, Z Man Project, Picasso and Bluebasser.
