I am hoping to get some info on the Classic being held in March. I am thinking about attending which will make it my first Classic. I will be traveling from Canada and with the dollar exchange currently at 30% I need to ask a few questions for those who have attended in the past so I can adjust the budget.

Is there a cost to attend the expo or the weigh-in's? What about the final day weigh-in? Anything else I need to know?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming it's the same as it was last time it was at Grand, no, there's no cost to attend anything. The final day weigh in you'll want to be there early though. We showed up an hour before weigh in and almost didn't get let in to watch it.

No problem. I highly suggest going to the Wolf Creek ramp and watching the launch and take off. I enjoyed that more than I did the weigh ins because you are right there and most of the pros will interact with everyone and you can watch them getting ready for the day. Some of them even gave baits and gear away to fans, it was really cool.

Dean Rojas jumped out and hunted out any kids in the crowd to give some of his Spro frogs too, which I thought was really cool of him.

I am really glad that you suggested the launch as I had planned on just skipping it. I had no clue what to expect to see there but now I have an idea. Thanks for the suggestion!
