I've heard a lot of places are warmer than usual right now. I'll take it myself. I can remember December being like this in KY in the past, but it has been awhile.

Thank you El Nino! Weather has been in the upper 30's to low 40's up here. In contrast to last year when it was 0 to -15 this is a welcomed sight!

I live in Lexington and fished a couple of ponds this weekend. Loved it had on shorts and t shirt. Who would have thought you could wear shorts and fish in the middle of December. Loved it though.

It has bun unseasonably warm here. I'm not complaining though. The last two winters were tough and we can use a reprieve. Maybe I'm getting a little ahead of myself... Hopefully we have a dry spring too.

Sure wish it would cool off down here.

The a/c in the house have been on since last April!

Global warming, I thought the republican scientists put that issue to rest as nothing short of tall tale.  It is 46 here in MA now, and I am at a loss what to do. I fish till October, then bow hunt, then rifle hunt in Nov, then Ski and ice fish till April. No snow and ice. Nothing left to hunt besides coyote. The ranger is all winterized and wrapped for the winter in storage. But my aluminum is simply flipped over in the back yard. Can throw the seats and the motor on it, and be on the lake in 2 hours. Strong possibility I will be there this Sunday before the Pats game dragging a jig.

Any day in December that does not include temps below freezing is a win in my book!! These days are just a bonus!!

Hell, we haven't had any snow yet here in Buffalo. .. Last year in November we all were stranded in our homes because of a week long blizzard...

It's going to be 63 degrees and sunny tomorrow in Mississippi. Think I might have to go see if the crappie is biting. :D
