had a guy ask me if i could make a topwater snake bait.

this is 14" long + another 3" with the plastic tail attached. 2.3 oz.

sorry for the noise on the video, wind was blowing and i forgot to turn off the sound mode.

JR, you are a sick man but by far the best ever at building anything dealing with swimbaits.   That one is just cool.

about 10 hours. getting all the segments joined takes the longest. i'll be trying it out as soon as the water warms some, still on the cold side for topwater.

Have you tried it without the bill? I am curious to see how it swims without it. It doesnt look like the bill is helping it.

i did. not nearly the action. the action was just in the last 2 segments. with the bill i got action from the head to the tail.
