Hey I was looking at purchasing a boss Audio radio and 2 speakers off amazon I'm just wondering if it will be able to run off a 12 volt deep cycle marine battery and not drain it within an hour

Should be no problem. All deep cycles are not the same. A high RC rating will give you more listening time.
