Paul Bailey fishing with Matt Newman while filming a segment for Irod caught a 11.4 lb potential world record spotted bass.

Hopefully he gets the world record due to not having anyone that would come certify the catch.

Very disappointed to hear about California fish & games lack of motivation to do their job. Hopefully they will be rewarded the world record regardless.

Paul Bailey is the man. Wish he would post more vids. Hopefully it's because he's got a full schedule guiding clear lake.
