Turkey sandwich Posted November 12, 2015 Posted November 12, 2015 d**n! And you were trolling spoons for steelhead!?! Quote
Zippyduck Krimm Posted November 22, 2015 Author Posted November 22, 2015 the lure I was using is a bayrat short shallowdiver in orange and black. We don't troll spoons in 5 fow . inline planer boards with 40 feet of line to the lure gets it done when the steelies get in shore. Quote

Super User bigbill Posted November 30, 2015 Super User Posted November 30, 2015 Congrats now gut that baby and roll it on a wood fire. I had a run in with a snapping turtle the size of a 30" diameter 15" tire on my jeep. He was clawing up the droppoffs all the way in. About an hour later the drop off was full of catfish. I caught them on a panther Martin yellow blade with black spots spinflys with a shot of bass scent. The three of us had a bushel full. We c&r so the pond remains healthy. Quote
Zippyduck Krimm Posted December 2, 2015 Author Posted December 2, 2015 That big girl went right back in. I won't eat them that big. 1 Quote
