Fishwhittler Posted February 7, 2010 Posted February 7, 2010 Here's the rest of my latest batch of catfish swimbaits. The silver/black/purple swimbait is my "bullhead" swimbait. It's slightly larger than the others and has a tighter action, although that's probably because I mounted the line tie high on the nose. I'm going to lower the line tie on the next one I do to see if I can widen the action. Let me know what you think. Ben Note: The top swimbait in the first pic is the one I posted a few days ago. Super User .dsaavedra. Posted February 7, 2010 Super User Posted February 7, 2010 these are unique and really cool. but... whats with the orange? Quote
shimmy Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 amazing! but, when and where would you use the oj cats? Quote
Fishwhittler Posted February 8, 2010 Author Posted February 8, 2010 I was asked to make some pumpkin colored catfish swimbaits and this is the closest color match I could find. They are more of a brown than orange in person. The photo below shows the baits colors better. Quote
hmongkidBee Posted February 9, 2010 Posted February 9, 2010 man awesome looking baits. How can I get my hands on one? Quote
BIG M Posted February 10, 2010 Posted February 10, 2010 Your swim baits are looking great. It's not an easy bait build and you are taking it to the next level. Quote
