Super User Sam Posted November 12, 2015 Super User Posted November 12, 2015 We had a great time at Cosby High School in Midlothian, Virginia today. 30 vets from WWII, Korea, Viet Nam and the Persian Gulf attended the event. We sat in the students' seats and when the kids arrived they were in shock that some old geezers were sitting in their seats. But we all had a great time and we met some wonderful students. I brought my Viet Cong flag for show and tell. In the photo is the duce and a half (2.5 ton truck) that a vet had purchased and he brought it for his show and tell. Those exhaust fumes brought back a lot of memories. All had a great time and it was fun interacting with teenagers one on one. Thanks to all who served and for those who did not serve but supported our troops. 1 Quote
