Delaware Valley Tackle Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 When I saw the thread title I sighed out loud and almost skipped it. Good for a smile though. 1 Quote
k3bass Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 I have one of those.... the 330 otomatic. It's actually a really cool design! Quote

Missourifishin Posted November 5, 2015 Posted November 5, 2015 If I had 12k to blow right now I'd pay off my student loans and credit cards and spend a few hundred on a rod and reel that I would be perfectly happy with. Might even have beer money left over. Quote

Super User gulfcaptain Posted November 7, 2015 Super User Posted November 7, 2015 But then you wouldn't have that sweet reel! Yeah, I think I have a few of those "sweet reels" in my retired box of reels. Hey I might be sitting on a couple hundred thousand worth of them "sweet reels"....lmao 1 Quote
Tim S. Posted November 7, 2015 Posted November 7, 2015 Those old reels are priced that way because non-fishermen are looking for a collectible that would validate their "man card" among other snobby elitists who wouldn't know a bowfin from a bluegill. They aren't so rare as they are percieved to be, as evidenced by others who have posted here saying they have a reel or reels like it. Quote
