Anyone ever add a small spinner to a dropshot? Owner makes one and I have a tournament this weekend which ends our year. Was thinking that adding one to my hook with a roboworm may be a way to make my dropshot stand out.

I have never seen that before. I bet that would be really handy in murkier, stained water.

Do it!! I haven't put them on a drop shot, but I use them on senkos with great success. It's something different for me being a non boater. I just fish them like normal and swim the, too...all works. Give it a try and let us know!

Hmmm, not sure if I'd use this on a dropshot myself since I like to cast out and then just let my dropshot bait sit there with just a slight twitch of the line every so often.  The spinner wouldn't see much action the way I fish it, but if you do a slow reel in, it might work!

Any current or flicker should rotate the blade some causing a little flash and vibration

bought some of those a while back to add a little flash to a weightless fluke.  those blades were so small though that they didn't seem to work for what i wanted.  on a drop shot with a smaller bait and hook you might have better results....

I bought the small one and will test it in a bucket friday night.

Gotta score a limit to earn a spot in next years state qualifier. Hope this will be that little tweak I need.
