I'd have to go with baits I have the most confidence in, so from top to bottom my list would be;

2.5" Skitter Pop - Firetiger

Livetarget HBF - Black

3/4oz Rattlin' Rap - Chrome Blue

1/2oz Swim Jig - Bluegill/Green Pumpkin Grub

1/2oz Casting Jig - PBJ/Electric Blue Pit Boss

I'd be fine with this list without the frog, but I'd rather bring it in case there's some really thick cover I can't swim jig my way through. I could replace the casting jig with a texas rig but I have more confidence in jigs.

I think i've posted an answer to some version of this question about 4-5 times since last summer, and it might have been different each time!

Current answer:

1. 3/8oz cavitron buzzbait, black blade, black skirt

2. KVD 1.5 squarebill, bluegill color

3. 5" green pumpkin GYCB Senko, for wacky and weightless t-rigs

4. 7" Black Berkley Power Worm, bullet weight and hooks for t-rigs

5. 6.5" Zoom trick worm, green pumpkin, for shakyhead, and mojo rigs.

Just missing the cut this time: Ned rig, Pop-R, Rapala original floating minnow, flipping jig with rage craw trailer.

3.  Rage Tail Menace, green pumpkin w/gold and purple flakes on a 1/8th ounce Keitech super round tungsten jig head.

4.  Rage Tail craw green pumpkin w/gold and purple flakes fished on an Owner keel weighted hook or weightless for top water, rigged weedless both ways.

5.  Lunker City 2 3/4" Grubster  Clearwater color, on a 1/8th ounce Keitech super round tungsten jig head.

4.) KVD 3/8 Spinnerbait Willow/Colorado blades, Sexy Shad

5.)Zman TRD on  1/15 Shroom Head, Green Pumpkin

(FYI, #6 would be a 3/8 Black Cavitron Buzzbait. I only leave it out because while topwater is my favorite, when pushed to choose what I absolutely need to make sure I cover my bases and catch fish... I suppose I don't need any topwater baits.)

Time of year and type of lake would have a lot of impact on my selection.
