Wouldn't have been tempted if they were 6 and a half. $75 for a $150 rod was hard to pass up, but I don't need more rods although I do plan on buying a couple more, but they are specific brands and the XML isn't one of them. Already have a couple of the XMLTi series in 6' 6" length. Pretty nice rods. Just shorter than I have come to prefer. Only saw 2 left. Quote

I refuse to pay that kind of shipping cost again. Bought the older gray Prodigy casting reel at $40 off or I wouldn't have payed shipping that time either. Quote
