Super User A-Jay Posted October 31, 2015 Author Super User Posted October 31, 2015 ^^^Very nice AJ. What's the water temp there? That place is 80 ft deep. The surface water temp yesterday was holding at 48-49. Most of the shallower lakes are a few degrees cooler. I'll be fishing right up to when my casts start bouncing - then is pretty much done. I've been watching CNN, Weather Channel etc... and they all say we are in for an above normal November and December. I say bring it on! 1 Quote
Mainebass1984 Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 Well done AJ. Blade baits are awesome. I fished a blade today in 15-35 ft around schools of smelt. Got to the lake at 11am and fished until 5 pm. Landed 9 smallies and 7 largemouth. Biggest 5 fish went 18 lbs 0 oz, 6 smallies between 3-4 lbs and 2 largemouth between 3-4 lbs. Lunker was a 3-13 smallmouth. Blade baits are great. I will be fishing them until ice up. 1 Quote
