WPCfishing Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 I'm so totally satisfied with Sieberts jigs.. my second order just arrived today. The quality and workmanship really is outstanding. Deep water fishing is coming up soon for me.. I'll be scratching the bottom for bigins! The weeds and pads around me are decomposing fast this year.. What are they like in your neck of the woods? 4 Quote

Well both the lakes I fish was flooded 20'+ from December till end of may. Grass came back up around end of June lasted about a week and got flooded again. Needless to say Ive been all wood this year. Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted September 30, 2015 Global Moderator Posted September 30, 2015 Mike's jigs are works of art, almost too pretty to fish with. I have no idea how he makes any money making jigs that nice and selling them for the prices he does. I can't see any reason why someone would buy jigs from anywhere else. Same with his tungsten weights. I don't need any right now but after I saw the prices I know where I'll be getting mine from now on. 2 Quote

boostr Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 His tungsten weights are at a good price point... That's why I bought 8 of em' 1/2oz-1oz, and they work great. Quote
jonnyblazex Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 Yep, just got my jigs as well, yesterday. They are all top notch, as stated by members that have some. I chose to try some dock rockers, and some arkies this time around. Will post an update when I get out to fish, and try them out on some hog bass, possibly tomorrow on one of my favorite lakes! Very very nice jigs, and very good price as well, and shipped pretty fast!! Thanks Siebert for offering these great jigs! 1 Quote
PAGreg Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 I just got an order of Dock Rockers and though this is my third or so order of siebert jigs, I still am amazed at the works of art that they are. You can definitely tell that there's a lot of pride put into these things. 1 Quote
Super User Dwight Hottle Posted October 3, 2015 Super User Posted October 3, 2015 Mike has never disappointed me. His jigs flat out rock. 2 Quote

Give them a try, I've never fished with them. Quote

Super User bowhunter63 Posted October 3, 2015 Super User Posted October 3, 2015 I am gonna get some of his jigs soon,As far as grass goes we had floods all year and hardly any weed growth at all.Been hitting woods and rocks all year. Quote
jonnyblazex Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Jigs performed flawlessly. Used the dock rocker. Came through the brush and dock structure with ease. Caught 5 bass on the jig. Big fish was 5 pounds, others were between 2 to 4. Paint is the most durable I've ever seen! Smacked into the corner of docks a few times, lead dented, and paint dented with it, did not flake at all!! Skips very nicely as well, and hook is great! Highly recommend these jigs! Quote
monkeyman3dee Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 It's all about the dredge series brush jig! Just got back from a successful trip using the 1/4 oz sweet craw. Really like the style of hook, kept em on and buttoned on tight. Funny too passed a fellow fisherman who said he couldn't catch bass for the longest time at this lake so he switched to carp. I smiled and couldn't give up my secret weapon Quote
tgat77 Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 Hey guys im looking to get me some jigs for fishing the wood cover which jig series are best??? Also wanted some for fishing rocky bottom for smallies whats the best series for that application?? Sieberts jigs Quote
jonnyblazex Posted October 5, 2015 Posted October 5, 2015 Yep, went out again today with the siebert jig, and caught me a nice 6lb 2oz, and some small bass. These jigs are quickly becoming my go to. As for the post above^ I would try an arky head for the brush (only one I tried in trees, and works great for me) or of course the brush jig, I'm sure it's awesome, but have not tried it..... Yet! As for rocky bottoms, a football jig is hard to beat. Good luck out there, and you will never regret these jigs! Quote
