Super User WRB Posted September 25, 2015 Super User Posted September 25, 2015 Blood moon....the world is coming to the end! Should be a good night on the water...good luck all you lucky folks! Tom 1 Quote
Jake the Cake Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 Yep! It's going to require me being in a park after dark though. In my defense they don't have a gate or a sign stating the hours so I've always wondered if it has overnight rules. Either way, no sign and no gate means I'm going. Anyone want to suggest something for river fishing in the night? Same as I would during daylight? I've really only trotlined at night so this is a new experience and thought it would be a good time to try it. Quote
Global Moderator Mike L Posted September 25, 2015 Global Moderator Posted September 25, 2015 I hope all you guy's post your results..I'm sure I'm not the only one interested to know. Mike Quote
Super User bigbill Posted September 26, 2015 Super User Posted September 26, 2015 This is the 4th and final blood moon of 14/15. It's going to be the largest and the closest. Since the full moon phase has begun don't wait for the full super blood moon start fishing now. We had four blood moons in 14/15. Vary rare. This could be the fishing frenzy of a lifetime. For info on the blood moon search online. It seems with every blood moon it's connected to something happening on our planet. The ground is rising and the asphalt is melting in Yellowstone at the super volcano. There saying a 1 1/2 mile wide asteroid is headed our way. Planet x is suppose to do a flyby too. I'm not a gambling man so I won't bet the farm on this one. I remember y2k. See ya back here on Monday I hope God bless everyone. Remember bottled water, soap, toilet paper and canned Cornbeef hash. 2 Quote

That started on Thursday, for me! How did it know??? Reminds me of the mystery of the thermos. It keeps cold things cold and hot things hot, but how does it know which one to do? 2 Quote

Super User bigbill Posted September 26, 2015 Super User Posted September 26, 2015 I pumped gas as a kid on week nights all the weirdos came out on full moon nights. It was like thriller the MJ video. I have canned bread, canned bacon, canned beef, canned pork, canned cheese, canned butter, tomato sauce, macaroni, bread mixes, cake, cookie mixes, Coleman oven for the woodstove or campfire. All my Swedish stainless hunting safari camping cook stuff. Even real MRI's. We lost power one October and we didn't skip a beat for 1 1/2 weeks. Quote

I wouldn't worry to much. Quote
