I'm still hurting health wise. I went to move a tractor with out getting on it she knocked me down and the age tires bruised my ribs that never really healed from a quad accident about 18 years ago. This tractor is cursed it ran me over three years ago. It's the most awesome garden tractor with oversize tires. But she doesn't respect me.

I have two steel bottle tanks of 2,000 degrees of liquid wrench. I think I need to imitate her.(torch)

Lmao

My bigger tractor threw me once when the sharp new duo ice chains grabbed my jeans

I must be very careful around machinery And treble hooks.

My meds say don't operate machinery do I listen. Lol

My point is read and listen to what your med bottles say.

I guess I reached old age in my life.

I tripped and down I went. Stupid me.

I am much older than you Bill and I am in the best of health. I don't trip over anything, don't fall off of anything. I do all my own work around home. Last year I put up 110 ft. of privacy fence entirely by myself. That's a whole lot of post holes and concrete. I was offered help but refused. Just wanted to see if I could do it alone. I am not gloating.Just after reading your post I realized how blessed I am, and how grateful I am to be able to do all this at my age. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

I don't really feel sorry for you.  You know better.

Reminds me, I had a teacher in high school hit a tree with a farm tractor.  I think he went to get firewood for a camp and didn't come back for hours.  He actually made it back almost dead...I'm not exactly sure how he got the tractor upright and back on it.  Possibly it only bucked him off.

Be careful dude!

Speaking as an old hippie, if you're going to do drugs and play with machinery, you've got to practice.  Don't expect to do it correctly every time out.

I'm careless, I never was before. I was a logger full and part-time inbetween jobs. I was accident free since 1979 when I purchased the first saw.

I have;

Worn out knees

Three bad disc lower back

Spinal stenosis

Golf ball sized kidney stone in kidney

I'm a poster child for something. Longevity in my family is 43/52 years old. I'm 65yo. Lucky. I am blessed to still be on this side of the green. Time to just fish now.

I never smoked nor drank, that's the plus.

I speak from experience when i say, "GETTING OLD IS BETTER THAN THE ALTERNATIVE, BUT IT AIN'T FOR SISSIES".
