Ok, so I had the exact same problem with my terminal tackle sliding all around. I tried a water proof plano that some had said would prevent the smaller tackle like micro swivels and split rings from jumping the dividers. It did not work, the second I put the box in my tackle bag stuff would start getting all jumbled especially if it was rough on the water. After dealing with this for a couple months, reorganizing all the time, I bit the bullet and bought the Bait Coffin. I was told again this was the ultimate and I would not have to worry about stuff moving. Well guess what? It still did it. At this point I wasn't ready just to let the box sit because it is a very nice box, so I did the rubber mat mod. This worked really well and stuff no longer shifts.
