Super User iabass8 Posted December 21, 2015 Author Super User Posted December 21, 2015 The Dolphins suck. Blaine Gabbert is still terrible. Go PIT. The LA Chargers finally get a win. Antonio Brown...you're the best. Quote
Hurricane Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 The Bills playoff draught can get a driver's license now! Smh.... 1 Quote
Super User iabass8 Posted December 21, 2015 Author Super User Posted December 21, 2015 Ref must have Ertz on this Fantasy team. How he missed that TO being called is beyond me. Arians was heated. Quote
Super User iabass8 Posted December 21, 2015 Author Super User Posted December 21, 2015 Somebody should tell the Eagles they are supposed to tackle the opposing teams RB when he isn't down before he reaches the endzone. David Johnson is on 3 of my fantasy teams , Thanks for being awful Eagles D. Quote

Super User iabass8 Posted December 21, 2015 Author Super User Posted December 21, 2015 I have the carson/david johnson stack in the 3 leagues im still in the playoffs. I would appreciate it if flyfisher could phone the eagles organization amd tell them its okay to score offensive touchdowns. You dont have to rely on your def to score points for you. I promise. I want more points. Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted December 21, 2015 Super User Posted December 21, 2015 Are the Arizona Cardinal's fans having heart palpitations after seeing a shot of Palmer's right index finger - Looked a little crooked. No wait ~ he's back in there. He's a football player. A-Jay 1 Quote

smallies24/7 Posted December 21, 2015 Posted December 21, 2015 I believe wholeheartedly both the Seahawks and Cardinals would beat Carolina, and without too much trouble. Not taking anything away from Carolina, but their schedule was a cakewalk and almost every game was close, and I think the media is overhyping them big time. Anyways I hope they win out just so the Seahawks can get them round two in the playoffs, undefeated, and CRUSH THEM!! Quote
Super User flyfisher Posted December 21, 2015 Super User Posted December 21, 2015 you don't get to be 14-0 being an overhyped team. you earned the hype. Carolina finds ways to win which is the sign of a good team. Now the Eagles, that game last night was mind numbing. the score was bad but the game was closer than that. they are struggling like a young team does when playing against a better team. I see flashes of greatness followed by dropped passes and stupid penalties. Do I think the Eagles are a good team, eh, not really but they are improving. They still have the ability to win the division and once you get into the playoffs who knows what can happen, especially with this team's ability to make crazy stuff happen both on special teams and defense. 1 Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted December 21, 2015 BassResource.com Administrator Posted December 21, 2015 Carolina has only played 2 teams with winning records the entire season. And they just barely won many of them, including yesterday's squeaker against the 6-8 Giants. Overhyped? Yup. Cam Newton is overhyped too. But then again, so was RGIII. 1 Quote
Super User deaknh03 Posted December 21, 2015 Super User Posted December 21, 2015 Carolina is 1 and out in the playoffs, bet on it. 1 Quote

Especially because if things continue to go the way they are, it looks like they will draw the Seahawks that game. I know Glenn and I, and any other Seahawks fans on the forums cant wait for that one! Quote

You can't beat who you don't play. The "look who they have played" argument is the dumbest determination for a teams success of lack there of. It's not as if each week they can call of Roger and ask to play team /w the best record. They are the only undefeated team in football that's averaging 32 points a game /w unarguably one of the WORST receiving cores in football. That right there has earned Cam his MVP ballot. The only other player in consideration for MVP this year should be Carson Palmer. Brady could have been a shoe in but his offense is ridiculously injury plagued and he isn't going what Cam is doing with less. The Patriots barley beat the Giants as well. Are they an "over-hyped" team? If you want to play the "look who they have played" card, look at Seattle. Seattle was on the verge of being out of the playoffs earlier but "look who they have played" the past 7 weeks of the season. SF twice, BAL, CLE. Seattle has won 2...yes..2 games vs teams /w a winning record this year. I don't buy into this "new found Russel Wilson offense" that is by all means the definition of "over-hyped"...yet. Russel and the Seahawks finally put their big boy pants on the past 5 weeks vs who? A shootout /w the Steelers, the Vikings, Ravens, Browns, and 49s...The Seahawks will more than likely win their wild card round. Toss up if they go to Lambo and Lynch's health at that point. I don't see the Seahawks winning on the road in CAR or ARI. Before the bye and their "cakewalk stretch" into the playoffs they were 0-5 at home and they haven't won a road game vs a team /w a winning record or even a team in the playoff hunt. Could they have turned things around? Sure. But it's going to take a win week 17 to change my mind. (This game may not matter if Carolina wins out, Ari can't get #1 seed so they could likely sit their starters)Week 16 though...Jeff Fisher has to win out to go 8-8 and he's really good at going 8-8. 1 Quote

HAHA I got a stat that may make you sick! With Odel suspended week 16 now, I don't see NYG beating MIN especially /w the news that AP is OKAY. So...Giants lose this week and they are done. If Philly beats WSH on Saturday AND the Giants week 17, then in order for the Eagles to get in WSH has to lose week 17 to guess who..my Dallas Cowboys! Are you going to be rooting for my Cowboys with me week 17???? Quote
Super User flyfisher Posted December 22, 2015 Super User Posted December 22, 2015 unfortunately that is not true as the eagles will have the tiebreaker with the better division record. they will have two losses in the division to the skins 3 Quote

Super User gulfcaptain Posted December 22, 2015 Super User Posted December 22, 2015 17 minutes ago, Glenn said: Absolutely! Carolina has gotten it's 14-0 record because they play team ball. Everyone can hate on them, they like it. It fuels their passion to shut down the people who think they aren't all that. This year there are few teams with winning records. It's sad, what maybe a half dozen teams that are consistant. Denver loss to Okland....loosing record but still lost. NE lost to Philly, loosing record but still lost. Cincinnati loss to Houston....lossing record but still lost. Arizona loss to Saint Louis....loosing record but still lost. Bottom line, any team can beat any team on any given Sunday depending on how bad the teams beat up, or how bad they play. Going off "they played most teams with loosing records" doesn't matter. The Panthers are still the ONLY 14-0 team. Glenn it's gonna be hard to swallow when those Panthers end up in the NFC Championship game and more then likely in the Superbowl. I stated it before a month or so ago, to get to the show teams are going to have to go through Carolina and New England. I don't see your beloved Seahawks this year making it through those "over-rated" Panthers. Sorry, just not going to happen. Quote
Derekbass02 Posted December 22, 2015 Posted December 22, 2015 Another game another win for the Packers. Playoffs here we come! The defense have been great recently. Quote
