Super User .dsaavedra. Posted October 2, 2009 Super User Posted October 2, 2009 is it a one piece? what kind of action does it have? nice job. Quote
-HAWK- Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 Is this for real? What did you make this out of? Quote
Steven Ladner Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 Looks good and well detailed, but since it looks like a 1 piece, I don't see how it could have much action. Quote
Super User .dsaavedra. Posted October 3, 2009 Super User Posted October 3, 2009 able2disable1 sent me a PM saying it was 2 piece and that he is trying to upload a video but didn't know how. now that i look closer at the pics, it is indeed a two piece, look just behind the soft dorsal fin and you can see the joint. its a door-hinge style joint, like what 3:16 uses. very nice looking bait man!!! Steven Ladner Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 Sent the same to me, I can see where the split is now. It looks great, but if it swims well too, then it should be a killer bait. Can't help you with uploading a video though, I'm sure someone will chime in soon. Quote
Super User .dsaavedra. Posted October 4, 2009 Super User Posted October 4, 2009 here is a video of it he sent me in an email. he may have sent all you the same email, i'm not sure. Quote
2ManyCrankb8s Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 the action looks pretty good, bait doesnt look to shabby. What is it made of? Am I reading this right though? weighs in at over 1 lb? Im not sure its gonna be a bait you could cast well. And it runs on batteries?? I dont know what to say. Quote

THEbassmaster Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 wow that thing looks/swims awesome. good luck with it. Quote
Super User .dsaavedra. Posted October 9, 2009 Super User Posted October 9, 2009 Great action on it. i pm'd him about it, and it turns out this is just an electronic pool toy (swims on its own) that he has retrofitted with hardware to make it into a lure. still cool tho Quote
Super User Grey Wolf Posted October 9, 2009 Super User Posted October 9, 2009 Now that's funny. Quote
ABLE2DISABLE1 Posted October 24, 2009 Author Posted October 24, 2009 Well , this simple idea is about to kick off its first fishing season.Sorry that it is not an original design of my own.But you got to love where its going. And remember that it is not what you made your lures from, original or not.It is the final product that you come up with, that counts.Ooh sorry for the confusion of some of my post. They are a bit radical to understand. And buy no means was I trying to trick any one person or persons into thinking,I had built this myself.Tinkering Always. Rebel Angler Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 coulda fooled me looks awesome anyway Quote
ABLE2DISABLE1 Posted November 19, 2009 Author Posted November 19, 2009 Could you imagine downsizing this into a six inch bait, operates on a watch battery,Push the button and sit back and hold on.May-be one of the sponsors of this forum could come up with the new state of technology and minimize this into something more productive then a pool favor. That is my personal thought to-were I coming from.It would be SICK.
