hey all,

I moved to Norman in January from TN and have been looking for some clubs around the area with no luck, I know myself and some friends I've made here that bass fish would be more than interested in starting or joining.

on a side note it was fun to have to learn how to fish a new terrain here in OK.

Go Vols,

Danny

That last comment just may get you thrown out of OKC area bass clubs :tongue8: , but at least you've got the color right!   Go Pokes!

This was many many years ago, but there used to be a Wednesday night bass tournaments out at Thunderbird Lake.  Of course that was a long time ago and they started in Spring, fished each week and then went to another lake for the championship.  It was a lot of fun the few years I fished it...back in my teens.  Met some really good people and got the chance to fish with a lot of them.

Hey guys. I'm from Norman & I used to fish with a club out of OKC. There is actually quite a few clubs from central Oklahoma. Anyway, I'm getting back into tournaments next year & I would consider starting a new club. I would definitely need some help because there is a chance my wife & I could miss a tournament & the show must go on regardless. Since my wife is my fishing partner, I will have to discuss this with her to see if she has interest in this or would prefer to join an existing club. If all of you are still interested we could have a decent amount of boats for a good start. Let me know.
