This might sound kind of weird but does anyone else keep bags of plastics in their car just to mess around with while driving?  It's almost like the fishing equivalent of popping bubble wrap or smashing circus peanuts in the package.  Squeezing plastic baits in the bag is kind of therapeutic for me.

No......I read that twice to make sure i read it right.

No, but I get headaches if I don't have my daily sniff of plastics. Some SK coffee scent or Gambler garlic gives that overwhelming head buzz. :D

Humour aside, that's kinda, well, interesting.

I play with my worm all the time in the car.

No,  but when I'm fishing (and maybe at times during the day) I do keep a bag of Mann's Jelly worms handy for smelling.   Takes me back to a simpler time.

Ok, so I will be the first to join the crazy ranks with the OP. Well, sort of. I do not keep lures in the car to squeeze. However, what I do do is this- right after purchasing new lures at BPS, Cabbalas, or Dicks I usually play with the lures on my way home. So, I will have a new lure in my hand and wiggle it to look at the movement of the lure, check out the appendages, etc. My girlfriend swears I am going to get into an accident because I pay more attention to the lures than the road sometimes, so she prohibits me from doing this with her. So yea, to the OP I get where your coming from- and it just means you got bit by the bait monkey badly.

Nothing against the OP personally - but I'm voting this one as

The Zaniest Thread of the Year.
