Fishfreakonline they're local to me but I've ordered I online before and they've been great. They have the "hot" florida baits and often do 10% specials on rods. Bass Tackle Depot has good holiday sales but can be pretty slow. Overstock bait often has good deals but very limited selection. If you're into St.croix keep an eye on their bargain room.

I love another site. Not as much inventory as some of the bigger names but great sales for most holidays and fantastic customer service

-THUT currently having a 20% off sale

-BTD has the deepest discounts but generally limited inventory

-TW goes without saying

-Tackletrap lots of reel parts that others don't have and fast shipping

-Siebert for jigs and often has sales

A few others as well. I generally only buy things around holidays or when places have sales or closeouts.

There are a bunch but this site will block out the names of a lot of them.

From the FAQ's

Why does the site name I posted show up as "another site" or is censored?

First it has nothing to do with competition. In most cases, it has something to do with site owners not abiding by the rules of the forum (e.g. spamming). In some cases, however, the site owner specifically requested that we do not link to their site.

I buy most of my essentials at a store.  I have a few on line places to buy items I can't find any where else, all I need is Google.

Noooooooo don't share Carolina!  They were/are my source of stuff that's hard to find anywhere else!!   But seriously their selection of Japanese made or hard to find high end baits is second to none.

E bay gives me access to many places to shop tackle as well as deals sometimes 75% off retail.  TW is always the old stand by.  Acadamy, BTD, can't forget Siebert Outdoors on here.  And then Amazon works also.  Lots of options, just depends on how much time you want to invest in looking for tackle and deals.

I mostly buy from Tackle Warehouse, Last Chance Tackle, or random ebay dealers.

Also buy some things direct from smaller bait makers

I buy mostly online. Can't walk too far. I look for clearances, specials, discounts on new and older outdated new baits. Plus buy at regular prices new stuff too if I like it. I also go to the lure manufacturer if I can't find the lure, size or color.

Siebert Outdoors my jig go to guy.

I purchased a OKUMA spinning reel from one of our sponcers I can't remember who.

Yeah, maybe should've kept that one under wraps haha. Several times I've been looking for something that was out of stock everywhere and they came through.

Anyone use Amazon? I randomly searched a few baits and compared with places like TW, BPS etc...Amazon is rarely beaten and with a Prime membership free 2 day shipping. Just looking for other experiences.

Man, you guys need to get on Susquehana Fishing Tackle's website.

Awesome inventory, great prices and fast shipping.

I will admit that TW got me hook line and sinker, but I do frequent a couple of smaller soft plastic sites, one before I was on this site and another that has ties to my favorite swim jigs that I got my first order for Christmas. Other then that, Slider gets an order whenever I lose enough jigs and need to restock. For small stuff and one off buys I still try to use the two local baitshops we have to do my part in keeping them around.

Have not found another site that gives me one stop shopping. If my jig fishing takes off this year, fishing skirts website could get a chunk from me over the winter.

One of my go-to's was Bass Tackle Depot but it looks like they're going out of business or moving.  They're liquidating everything right now at 60% off.  It was 50% a couple of weeks back and they had some LuckyCrafts, Jackall, MegaBass all at half off, but now they're down to the last of the plastics and tackle.  Still some great deals in there if you're not super picky about brand/color.
