I have a steelhead float rod on a 13' MHX blank and am very pleased with it. The Rainshadow is available in 3pc so I'll be trying that next. 1 Quote

This includes the ever popular *** Black and Falcon Bucoo, both of which I've owned. If built right of course. Love the fact that they're pretty much raw graphite as well. I'm impressed it is rated up to 1.4 oz. lures. Quote

It was great to use as it handled everything I threw on it. No problems with the ferrules. Quote

Super User Dwight Hottle Posted February 28, 2018 Super User Posted February 28, 2018 It’s stiffer than a med heavy moderate. My initial thoughts was it was too fast but it loads well with a bigger bait. The smallest bait I have used with it probably weighed 3/4 oz. it handled numerous fish with out any pull offs up to 8.5 lbs. Quote
