I took the Boss Lady fishin again today and she had a pretty good day. I had a 4 lb+ walleye on and got it up next to the boat and she knocked it off with the net, then said OOPs. Oops my butt. At least I have something to hold over her head the rest of the summer.

So how are some of you other fishermen doing in Iowa?

Sounds like a good time! Bummer on the walleye though. Are you sure that 21" only weighed 4lbs. I'd say with that long of a fish that should easily be a 5 pounder

The 21" was paper thin. I would like to catch it again next spring, it should have weighed at least 5 and that's the problem with using accurate scales, they never weigh what you think they should

Lol ain't that the truth. that's why my mind makes the best scale for fishing stories! Either way that's an awesome fish!
