Super User FishTank Posted August 9, 2015 Super User Posted August 9, 2015 Here you go..... So much for the fly swatter. Quote
Super User FishTank Posted August 9, 2015 Author Super User Posted August 9, 2015 One more video Stupid funny but it is real..... Quote
desmobob Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 If they were half that price, I'd probably buy one to keep in the boat. I'm always plagued by biting flies when I'm close to shore. That looks like a fun way to do them in! :-) Tight lines, Bob Quote
Super User Catch and Grease Posted August 10, 2015 Super User Posted August 10, 2015 The little kid in me wants one so bad... Looks like a blast hahaha 2 Quote
Super User kickerfish1 Posted August 10, 2015 Super User Posted August 10, 2015 That would keep a kid busy on a hot summers day! Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted August 10, 2015 Global Moderator Posted August 10, 2015 I've almost bought one on more than one occasion. Maybe once my son gets a little older I'll get one and put him on fly patrol in the house. 1 Quote
Super User Senko lover Posted August 10, 2015 Super User Posted August 10, 2015 I love the guy's YouTube name, Mousetrapgenius haha. So random. Quote
Swamp Gas Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 I have one, works great. Its a shotgun for bugs. Quote
Super User Bankbeater Posted August 11, 2015 Super User Posted August 11, 2015 Years ago we use to make homemade rubber band guns that did the same thing. Quote
Super User Fishes in trees Posted August 13, 2015 Super User Posted August 13, 2015 I bought one. You've all heard of big game hunting. This is micro game hunting. You can do it indoors or out. Great fun. Wind shooting wasps is not easy. This activity pairs well with beer. It is difficult to hurt yourself. If you want to bag a large horse fly, you've got to hit it dead on. They seem to shrug off incomplete hits. Quote
Jtrout Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Hahaha a buddy I work with showed me this a while ago! It's pretty cool I'd use it if it was given to me lol Quote
Big C Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 I've been tempted for years to buy one, but I would probably have way too much fun. Quote
FinCulture Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 I actually have eight modified verions of that hahahaha juat kidding. great way to get a fly off your boiled egg breakfast and salt it up at the same time. Quote

Super User F14A-B Posted August 14, 2015 Super User Posted August 14, 2015 LOL, yea, saw the commercial a few weeks ago & thought I was watching Saturday night live.. I will say one thing, ammo sure is cheap! Quote
Steveo-1969 Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 And now they have a newer version, the Bug-A-Salt 2.0. More power, less salt. I don't want one. I NEED one... Quote
Super User slonezp Posted August 14, 2015 Super User Posted August 14, 2015 Tomorrow's assignment is to catch a fly with chopsticks. I've got 2 cats. Nothing more entertaining than watching them catch and eat flies. Quote
Steveo-1969 Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 I've got 2 cats. Nothing more entertaining than watching them catch and eat flies. Except maybe shooting the cats with the Bug-A-Salt gun? I joke! I joke! I keed! I keed! 1 Quote
Swamp Gas Posted August 19, 2015 Posted August 19, 2015 This activity pairs well with beer. I agree. The entertainment factor increases exponentially when you add beer to the equation. Quote
