Methuselah Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 I have read the current thread on coatings and the preference for epoxies. Has anyone tried Plasti-Dip, thinned with Toluene or Xylol? I only ask as I have already bought a can, but have not purchased the thinner. I am looking for a tough clear coat for powder-coated (and baked) jig heads. Thanks. Quote

The best stuff I've found for jig heads is Devcon 2 Ton 30 minute. Quote
BobP Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 If you powder coat and bake it afterwords, I think that's about as durable as it's gonna get. Quote
