I tried to make a "spro" and I want your opinions about it. Go ahead and critique it...This is the 1st attempt and I know I have a few things I want to change, but I would like to hear from you guys as well. It does float as well. Thanks

Sorry, the pic isn't the greatest. Hard to get a close-up.

If it floats, I would say it should get bit.

Might want to throw a couple more skirt strands into your mold for the legs.  If you have too many, you could always thin them out later.  Much easier to thin out than try and add some.

I would also try and hide the hook shank a little more in the plastic,  whether trying a new hook or moving it back.  The way it sticks out now will catch on whatever cover you throw the bait into.  These type of baits usually get thrown into some pretty nasty stuff, as you know.

Just an update...Wanted to show some pics of them floating in the sink.  They are 3.5 inches long so I have to use a smaller 3/o hook.  I just threw a keeper hook on them.
