EvanT123 Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 What about Batson? Can you buy from them directly? I have a supplier I like getbitoutdoors since we are naming names. I have bought some batson products from them as well as other brands. Quote
BassResource.com Administrator Glenn Posted August 4, 2015 BassResource.com Administrator Posted August 4, 2015 Yes. You can order directly from their website. They have over 700 blanks, for starters. Quote

Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted August 4, 2015 Global Moderator Posted August 4, 2015 Assuming the OP is talking about rod blanks and components and not lure blanks and components? Quote
Batson Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 I think there may be some confusion happening folks. Batson Enterprises is a wholesale only operation. You can view items on our website and some of them like Alps guides you are able to add to a wish list which can be printed or saved as PDF and emailed to a dealer (there is also a dealer finder.) But we are indeed a wholesale only company and don't offer direct sales via our website. Thanks. -Geoff batsonenterprises.com Quote

BassResource.com Advertiser FD. Posted August 9, 2015 BassResource.com Advertiser Posted August 9, 2015 To expound a little. Mudhole. Their website is very user friendly and they probably have a better selection than most other places mentioned. They also have great customer service, most of the time. All that being said, they do not always have the best pricing and the shipping on blanks can be high as well. I use them for probably 75% on my non blank purchases and maybe 25% of my blanks. Batson. I buy a lot of Forcast products from BridgeMasters. Mostly because they are local and carry a pretty good selection of handle components. I buy a lot of RX6 blanks from them. The RX6 blanks are great quality blanks at a low price. I build a lot of rods on these for a local shop that carries my rods. Alps makes some really trick stuff, but most of it is out of my price range. Rod Geeks. By far the overall best value in blank purchases. You can get a custom painted high mod blank for under $125 plus $18 shipping per order. Also they give you 10% off for 5 or more blanks at a time and 15% for 10 or more. Quote

sarcazmo Posted August 10, 2015 Posted August 10, 2015 Never had an issue with Getbit. Their CS has always been on point. Not quite the selection of mudhole but I primarily build on Rainshadow blanks/components. 1 Quote
