thomas15 Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 Very interesting video and I appreciate the effort. But I have to ask the question..."why"? Quote
Super User flyfisher Posted August 3, 2015 Super User Posted August 3, 2015 seems like he could have spent all that time rigging fishing instead. I know he said it doesn't impact the capability of the boat but with a 450lb capacity that set up has to add 100lbs. I mean for that much work, i would get a jon boat myself. i want to see him launch the boat and how long it takes to set everything up each time out. Quote
hoosierbass07 Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 I subscribe to his channel. I think he's out in California so I assume he has access to lots of big lakes. 1 Quote
Super User DogBone_384 Posted August 3, 2015 Super User Posted August 3, 2015 Nice install. My 20 years in the car audio industry tells me he might have been or still be an installer. The wireless receiver, plywood, and closed cell foam are also clues. Good for him... Nice detail with the shrink tubing on his battery terminals. 2 Quote
Super User Goose52 Posted August 3, 2015 Super User Posted August 3, 2015 Perhaps he is a computer programmer by trade - used to thinking in terms of zeros and ones. He has no speed control - it's either ON or OFF At least he has forward AND reverse... 2 Quote

Racerx Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 This is badass. So ripping it off if I get the funds. Quote
Caliyak Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Very creative but if your going to do all that, get a boat. Quote
