Mustad last year came out with the fast attach swinging football head. Great product and caught many fish. My problem was hard to feel bottom when "bottom bugging"

Along comes strike king with a similar fast attach football head design....but in tungsten! Much smaller profile with same effect and better bottom feel! Only concern I have is the durability of the attach wire.

Is strike king and mustad in a partnership considering how similar the products are?

When you search "fastach" it looks like even Mustad may not have been the original. So I'm sure Strike King cut a deal with someone but can't say it's Mustad for sure.

There's a Canadian company, Stringease, that developed these and the two best styles of snap clip as well. I've been buying directly from them for a long time. I wonder if they've folded though, or been bought out as I can't find them any more. I have some of the weights that go back at least 5 years, probably more.
