Hey everybody,

I'm having issues with my centrifugal break on my revo3 stx. I have all of the orange pins set  to off and when I go to make a cast a few will pop on mid-cast. This doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it frustrates the heck out of me. This is the 2nd reel that its happened to me with. I returned the 1st one and got this new one about 3 weeks ago and it worked fine until yesterday. Is anybody else having this issue??

It seems that this is a problem that others are experiencing with this model reel.

Apparently 3 of the breaks are pitch breaks, that are designed for pitching, and the other 3 are dynamic, and spring loaded.

I do not know that the issue is solvable. Just a different way than Abu users have got used to.

A bit like the change with Shimano going from VBS to SVS.

I've heard this happens sometimes with their gen3 reels. I've also heard if you give them a call, they will help to fix the problem.
