AdamsEye Posted July 27, 2015 Posted July 27, 2015 Boomerang snips are the best line cutters on the planet and it gets big bonus points since it has the retractable cord and you can attach it to a belt clip/keychain caribiner so it's always handy without having to fish through your gear for a cutting tool. One thing though is that it will dull over time so you need to use different parts of the snip until it's time to get a new one. I typically buy a new one at the start of every fishing season, but it's probably my single best investment every year that I have no qualms about. Can I have your old pairs? Quote
Fisher-O-men Posted July 27, 2015 Posted July 27, 2015 Forgot my scissors at my house when I went out, just a helpful tip to some of you guys, but the top of a dip can, the bottom edge of it will cut the line for you if you are in a pinch Pun intended? 1 Quote

Look for EMT scissor sheath on google, tons of options some under $10. Quote
WPCfishing Posted July 29, 2015 Author Posted July 29, 2015 I ended up buying The Snip and a Rapala 5" serrated scissors. Got them on eBay. Quote
