Clint C. Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 Hey everyone, I'm planning a trip in mid September to Florida, Kissimmee area. Anyone from around that area know of any bass guides that might have a pontoon boat for a wheelchair? Would need a guide that has a boat that could handle me in the chair and then 2 other people Thanks in advance! Quote
Super User RoLo Posted July 25, 2015 Super User Posted July 25, 2015 I will tell you at the onset, I have no experience in this regard, and cannot personally recommend any guide service. That said, there is a guide service whose web page states that they make every effort to accommodate those with any disability. At the least, they may be able to provide you with a better recommendation. Captain Scott Taylor: http://orlandofloridabassfishing.com/adf If by chance you do chose Capt. Taylor, I would appreciate hearing your feedback. Roger Quote
Shane Procell Posted July 26, 2015 Posted July 26, 2015 The Disney lakes guides may use pontoon boats. Quote
Super User BassinLou Posted July 26, 2015 Super User Posted July 26, 2015 I know that Disney have a couple of pontoon boats that they use for guided trips. The outings are very $$ and you can only go out for a max of 4 hours. If you do go, my best tip, take your own gear. Disney's gear flat out sucks. Quote
Fishing Cowgirl Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Big Toho Marina on the Kissimmee Lakefront has pontoon boats for rent and they can provide a guide as well. 1 Quote
