1) How many skirts will a 1/4# spool of lumiflex make on average assuming I make 20 strand skirts?

Figured this one out.  The 1/4# spool has 675 yards on it.  If you use 20 / 3" strands per skirt you will be able to make 405 skirts from that roll.
