Today I decided to try microfishing. What a fun! I chought about 25-30 fish! Sure, as the name "microfishing" suggests it's not a huge fish but it's a lot of fun. Here are few of the fish I couldn't identify. Who knows what species are these?

Green Sunfish are cool little fish.  My brother works at a Nature Center over in Virginia, and they have an aquarium of little Dace and other little native minnows.

But, the person in charge of netting the fish accidentally introduced a baby Green Sunfish to the tank.

About a year or so later, My brother arrives on a Monday to feed the Dace that were there on the previous Friday.  The Green had eaten all but two that weekend, which were huddled terrified in the corner. :)

He then released the Green back into the local lake it was caught in.  He had warned his bosses repeatedly that those Dace would end up in the belly of that Sunfish :)

The first and second may be hybrids, green sunfish are known to get frisky with members of another species. I catch lots of green sunfish x (another type of sunfish) hybrids.

#3 definitely a green sunfish

#4 definitely a flier

#5 definitely a largemouth

1 and 2 look like bluegills or possibly hybrids. 3 is a green sunfish, 4 looks like a flier or something, and 5 is a LMB.
