If we are talking just this year and number of fish caught. It's gotta be a size 6 xrap on a ultra light. It catches everything. You don't even have to spend a lot of time fishing it to catch 20 fish or more. Then just go right back to normal gear.

Yum green pumpkin senkos.  Cinnamon or watermelon GY swimsenkos.  Im a rookie so im still playing around with different cranks, buzzbaits, jigs and spinners find what works and learn the retrieves.

Mann's Jelly Worm 9" in Grape or Black Grape. 

The Original H&H Spinner Lure Single Colorado Blade with Black and Yellow.

 

The only lures available to me as a kid. Amazing how they caught fish year round on Zebco combos.

Those are two of my all time favorites.

 

 I recently found a unused HH spinner but the hook is missing . I liked using them in the Mississippi river along rip rap banks and wing dams .

7.5" ribbon-tail worm, tequila sunrise or red shad, 3/16 bullet weight, pegged and a 3/0 round bend offset hook.

They still sell the hooks seperate. H&H Spinner Double Hooks (5/PK)

It supprises me they still have these at my Walmart but they want nearly $3 each. If I remember right I was paying like .25 a piece for them back in the day.

1/2 oz black/blue jig with paddle-tail trailer.

 

3/4 oz. fairly-natural-colored spinnerbait with double-willow blades.
